Why we sell for less


Most of the homes we sell are thousands of dollars cheaper then our competitors.  We are able to do this for several reasons. 

    1. The first reason is that we purchase most of our lots as individual lots and develop them ourselves.  Usually these individual lots are between 20% to 50% cheaper than the lots the mass production builders are buying in subdivisions.  If we subdivide the land ourselves, our lot cost is often even less.

     2.  We pride ourselves in being a small builder.  You won't find us sitting in the office with a million workers running around.  More likely you will find us out on the job site, overseeing the work and actually doing work ourselves.

3.  We price our homes low enough that we are able to keep from having to hold any inventory.  If you see one of our homes being painted, it often is sold.  If you want to buy one from us, you have to be ready to act!

4.  We have been in the business for close to 20 years and have a great relationship with our construction crews, sub-contractors, and suppliers.  By keeping them busy and treating them fairly, we are able to get better prices than many other builders.

5.  We build enough homes that we are able to charge less per house, but not so many we have to hire additional people.

Watch us!  We feel our prices are better than anyone else out there.  If you can find a better priced home out there - buy it!
